1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIVideo Studio at video.thitainfo.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIVideo Studio is an AI-powered video generation platform that converts URLs, topics, stories, and LeetCode problems into video content using AI script generation, text-to-speech synthesis, and automated rendering.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. You receive one free video upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased via Razorpay. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Scrape URLs pointing to private or internal network resources
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform through automation
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

Videos generated through the Service are owned by you, subject to the rights of the original content sources you provide. AIVideo Studio retains no ownership of generated output. The Service itself, including its code, design, and branding, remains the property of Thita Info.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party APIs including OpenAI (script generation), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Supabase (authentication and storage), and Razorpay (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thita Info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
