1. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your email address via Supabase Auth. When you generate videos we store job metadata (source URL or topic, script, audio, and rendered video file) linked to your account. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay — we store only the order ID and verification status, never raw card data.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To generate and deliver your videos.
- To display your video library and transcripts.
- To manage your credit balance and process payments.
- To send transactional emails if required (e.g., receipts).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Data Storage
Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Generated video files are stored on our VPS and are accessible only to your account. We use Redis for temporary job-queue state.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — authentication and database
- OpenAI — script generation and TTS
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech (default provider)
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Vercel — frontend hosting
Each provider has its own privacy policy. Your content (URLs, topics, story prompts) may be sent to OpenAI and ElevenLabs as part of video generation.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: Supabase Auth session tokens stored in browser local storage. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
6. Data Retention
Videos and job data are retained until you delete them. You can delete individual videos from the Library page or delete your account by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or to close your account, contact us at saurabhprajapati120@gmail.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
